May perform one or more of the following:

This position is responsible for cohesive functional and technical integration of CA-MMIS Health Enterprise components. This person is also the central point of contact for all escalated business and technical questions or issues that might impact requirements, design, operations or service level agreements. The Lead is responsible to ensure that all CA-MMIS Health Enterprise business and technical requirements are met for the Medi-Cal Program.

This position will directly work under and report to the Technical Manager.

Work Location: West Sacramento
Required Skills and Experience:
The candidate must possess the following skills and desired experience:
· 5 years or more experience in coding and unit-testing using COBOL
· 5 years or experience in working with Relational Databases such as DB2 and Oracle 10g/11g
· Experience in working as a Lead Role and large team sizes
· 5 years or more experience in working with CICS
· 5 years or more experience in working with JCL
· Experience build Scripts using PERL, Shell Scripts etc
· Must have worked with Clerity or Microfocus Suite of Products
· Excellent oral and written skills
· Must have experience in configuration management
· Excellent Analytical skills and quick eye to fix defects and trouble shoot problems and issues.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Experience in working with MMIS Solutions (preferably Pharmacy Side, CALPOS)
· Medicaid experience with California or any other state
· Ability to work as a team, resolve issues, work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high quality deliverables and work products
Education and Certifications
BA/BS in Information Systems Management or equivalent
