Program Manager
Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager with an emphasis on quality management.
Primary Responsibilities: * Responsible for strategic alignment and integration across projects/programs in support of business unit process and administrative efficiency * Defines projects required to support programs and partners to ensure their implementation on time, within budget and with benefits realized * May assist in the planning and direction of budgets * Manages program(s) from initiation through delivery and monitors for continuous improvement * Organizes the interdepartmental activities and may perform operational responsibilities * Participates cross-functionally in business planning to support business unit strategy * May be responsible for assembling a project team, assigning and monitoring work of team members and providing guidance and leadership
Additional Responsibilities: * Responsible for large/complex projects/programs. * Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. * Provides input into designing strategies for alignment with business unit goals and objectives. * As part of a broader management team may have influence on business unit, or function strategies and objectives. * May act as the business unit liaison to corporate initiatives and projects. * Knowledge of company products, functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities: * May provide guidance, leadership and supervision to project consultants. * Ensures various team members provide high quality and cost effective services.
