Category: Operational Support - Operational Data Support More information about this job: Overview: Perform a variety information processing and data quality control functions that are moderately complex in nature where judgment and some initiative are required in problem identification and resolution. Work in the Quality and Mission Assurance Documentation Control Center supporting hardware sales and other related Q&MA DCC activities. Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each): 35%- Receive quality records, i.e.. shop floor planning, acceptance test procedures, supplier certifications, etc. Review for correctness and completeness. Coordinate rework as required.
20%- Prepare Logbooks in support of customer review and hardware sales. Support Hardware Acceptance Reviews (HARs) from a documentation standpoint.
15%- Use computer system to retrieve information for review and verification purposes
15%- Develop AD Hoc reports and correspondence quantifying problems resolution and reconciliation
10%- Perform data input from source documents into databases
5%- File quality records and maintain filing system Requirements: Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and 5 years directly related experience. Strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to execute a sequence of operations under continually changing conditions. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and professionally with all levels of internal and external customers. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance (Requires U.S Citizenship)
