Northrop Grumman Technical Services is seeking a skilled Requirements Manager to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The candidate will have the ability to design, develop, document, test and debug software applications and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Responsibilities include: conducting multidisciplinary research and collaboration with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. The Requirements Manager will help determine computer user needs and analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls. The candidate must ensure software standards are met.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a related field along with at least 8 years experience in a related discipline. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and possess excellent communication skills. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible for security clearance (Secret or higher preferred). Current DHS Clearance required.
