Segment Marketing Specialist
In this exciting marketing role, you will manage day-to-day marketing operations for IL (Independent Living business segment marketing to the seniors care industry) including performing the following responsibilities: * Collateral development management – Manage and work with agencies, corporate marketing, legal and regulatory to get collateral produced and released for use. Oversee editing, brand and trademark compliance. Usher through AgileMD. * Events/trade shows – Manage logistics for IL (Independent Living) customer events and trade shows both independently and in conjunction with resources in corporate marketing. * Marketing assets management – Set up and maintain a cloud based storage environment for IL (Independent Living) marketing assets. * Sales force communications – Assist IL (Independent Living) Marketing Manager in communicating to sales force and keeping them up-to-date on important IL issues. * Lead generation – Work with lead generation resource to assure that campaigns are implemented, lists are maintained, metrics are tracked. * Assist in web issues, social media activities as needed – Update web copy, verify SEM terms and assist with A/B testing set up.
Requirements
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 5-10 years technology marketing experience * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite * Excellent writing and editing skills * Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas * Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams, collaborate seamlessly across teams * Excellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal, and presentation skills * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and often uncertain environment * Ability to energize, influence, and build rapport at all levels of an organization * Commitment to deliver - action and results oriented * Demonstrated ability to manage resources, budgets, schedules and business priorities in a complex environment * Experience operating in a compliance culture with a rigorous quality management, business integrity, and financial performance system * Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States * Must be willing to take a drug test Benefits: We value our employees’ time and efforts.
