Create routine financial reporting for distribution to all levels of management.



Reconcile intercompany invoices to ensure accuracy amongst all VSP Global company

intercompany charges.



Through tracking and review, ensure division budgets are prepared in accordance with

internal requirements.



Create and edit financial results presentations for Board and Executive staff.



Create complex audited financial statements, using accounting knowledge in addition to

technology skills.



Ensure expenses are charged to the general ledger for the correct division. Enforce the

company policies around this activity.



Organize and maintain orderly close calendars, close binders, journal entries, and fixed

asset support.



Perform accounting reconciliations.



Track training schedules for management and staff to ensure compliance with CPE

requirements.



Maintain Finance cost center list and enforce policies surrounding this activity.



Support MAR compliance by gathering and tracking requested items.



Support department special projects.



Act as a back up for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable as needed.

Description:
