The chosen candidate must be able to work a variable schedule up to 18 hours per week. Qualified individuals will: answer inquiries coming into the call center in a fast-paced environment; listen carefully and attentively to the needs of callers; research information to find answers to caller's questions; and provide other clerical support when needed. Preferred candidates will have experience in a customer service role, as well as have excellent oral communication skills. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work assigned shifts.
