ACS is responsible for the development of a Health Enterprise System for Medicaid of California (Medi-Cal). The Cultural Change Management (CCM) Trainer will be part of the Operations Transition Team.. The CCM team will be responsible to support the operations implementation effort across all business functional areas. The CCM Trainer will be responsible to provide initial overview and orientation to all new Health Enterprise system(s) and application (s). Further will be responsible to develop or assist in developing messaging materials for each phase of the Health Enterprise development. They will be expected to work closely with the other parts of the Operations Transition Team, the Business Change Management (BCM) team and support staff. This position will require a balance of 60 % trainer and 40% consulting skills.
This position will require a high degree of flexibility and a passion to drive change the country's largest Medicaid system. We are looking for people comfortable in meeting with and presenting to Clients, Leadership, Colleagues, Coworkers, Technical and operational staff. Work collaboratively with the client, with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
· Very good handle in the training administration -assessing needs, designing, re-designing training programs. Developing materials using PowerPoint, Word and MS Excel, can navigate the internet and has good grasp of WebEx, CBTs, virtual training class rooms.
· Demonstrate an understanding of instructional design principles and adult education concepts
· Very good communication skills - written and oral, able to communicate complex concepts in simple understandable manner using simple words, analogies, etc. able to write a business case
· Good facilitation and training skills - presentation skills, audience impact, pleasant personality
· Consult with internal clients and subject-matter-experts to assess training needs and propose learning solutions.
· Demonstrated analysis skills and use of logic and creative problem solving methods to
investigate and resolve difficult problems with effective solutions
· Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to produce courses and projects that meet program requirements and provide value-added benefits to all involved
· Exhibits maturity in facing tough questions in a leadership class.
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail and focus on quality
· Experience that demonstrates high degree of self-direction, initiative and motivation; sense of urgency to meet established deadlines
· Manage multiple projects from initial analysis though post-project evaluation
· Major responsibilities and expectations may fluctuate as ad-hoc needs arisePreferred Experience/Qualifications

· 3 years experience delivering classroom training
· Experience working in Medi-Cal, State Medicaid, Medicare or Commercial Health Insurance
· Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Access.
· Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with both clients and co-workers
· Ability to effectively work independently and lead projects in a cross functional team environment
· Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
· Undergraduate degree in an appropriate field is required
· Experience with quality monitoring programs and systems (preferable)
· Six Sigma Lean certification (desirable)
