Client Services Coordinator

Title: Client Services Coordinator

Work with client managers, the functional/matrix managers, staff and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined client expectations. Provide day-to-day support services for client management team including billing, contracts and metrics maintenance. This is an evolving service management role with responsibilities including but not limited to:
* Create and maintain detailed work plans for large projects; communicate and review work assignments with team; manage day-to-day project activities.
* Manage project scope, including project deliverables, timelines, client responsibilities and expectations, to pre-defined project financials. Make profitability transparent.
* Track issues and coordinate corrective action plans ensuring timely resolutions agreeable to the client.
* Prepare meeting materials and facilitate project status meetings with the client. Participate and coordinate all customer meetings for assigned projects (e.g., regular status meetings, internal operational meetings).
* Work closely with Client Director and the client team to ensure that client commitments are delivered on-time.
* Establish project billing numbers; assist team members with project related billing.
* Work through contract processes including amendments and 3rdparty agreements with clients and internal staff.
* In partnership with Client Management team, help manage financial and business objectives including contract revenue, value-add revenue, renewals, expenses and margins and accounts receivable Thomson Reuters, we deliver intelligent information quickly and efficiently, so professionals have knowledge to act. * Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
* 2-5 years of professional experience with increasing role responsibility.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent writing, verbal and leadership skills.
* Good presentation, questioning, and listening skills.
* Time management skills; ability to plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrated understanding of management of project scope and billing.
* Experience and desire to directly support external clients.
