Description



Evaluate business process changes to identify and document business impacts and benefits.



Acts as subject matter expert to provide business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements.



Conducts effective interview/research to determine and document the stakeholders, business needs and requirements.



Creates and analyzes workflow diagrams.



Reviews technical design deliverables to ensure business objectives are reached.



Assists business stakeholders with user acceptance testing, defect reporting and resolution.



Assists with training including identification of needs, development of materials, communications of changes, manuals, etc.



Provides post implementation support, such as, problem resolution, adjustments to new procedures, and change management.



Develops presentations of materials, models, findings, plans and/or conclusions.



Continually looks for process improvement strategies



Qualifications



The ideal candidate will typically have the following:





* Two to five years experience analyzing problems and providing solutions; plus data analysis.

* Experience researching utilizing data gathering methods

* Skilled at business process analysis including flowcharting, activity diagrams and workflow models

* Experience in preparing business cases (CBA)

* Adept at facilitating meetings, negotiating and managing the scope of a project related to requirements.

* Basic understanding of IT systems

* Knowledge of project planning techniques

* Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment

* Ability to communicate information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals or groups
