We are currently seeking an Account Manager (Electronics) to join our outstanding Operations team at our headquarters in Roseville, CA.
This position will work directly with manufacturing, engineering, quality, sales, and support teams to drive customer concerns and expectations toward factory solutions. Excellent knowledge and experience in electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and distribution concepts and processes plus strong project management skills are required as are the ability to troubleshoot and solve advanced technical and logistical problems.
Responsibilities and requirements for this position include but may not be limited to the following:
. Develop program proposals and plans for defining work scope . Assess timeframes, funding requirements, procedures, etc. . Create/manage quality program for front-end mfg contract . Develop and manage quality and auditing performance indicators . Assist in outlining work plans, duties, and scope of authority . Develop, implement, and review Customer Service Index (CSI) . Analyze success & effectiveness of business plans . Experience interpreting and implementing quality standards . Contract manufacturing and supply chain experience . Purchasing, planning, and/or account management . Engineering, manufacturing, and warehouse distribution . Related engineering, electronics, and quality management . Prepare and present data for business reviews . Advanced computer skills . Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline
The qualified candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal necessary to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and work well in a team environment. A proven track record in managing high-profile customers in a cross functional and fast paced working environment is needed. The ability to multi-task, perform analysis, and adapt to changing priorities is a must.
